Loofah, loofah. No matter you buy it very tender or you take the old loofah by mistake, there are ways to make it delicious. Today, I'll use a slightly older loofah to make meat for you. Last time I made mushroom pot, I left some mushrooms and cut them to make meat. I didn't expect they were very fresh. Let's have a try-
Step1:Raw materials. Next to scallion and ginger, there is a little bit of shredded oil bar. Cut the enlarged part of the flowering place of Luffa into a longer section. Cut the rest into a 45 degree slant section. Mash the mushrooms with a little salt and stir until they are salted.
Step2:Take care of the loofah. The long part of the inner core is relatively old. Dig it all to form a boat. Place the part of the oblique section horizontally. Use the fruit and vegetable core remover to gently rotate along the horizontal direction to push the inner core and then pull it out. Then put your finger in and gently pull the inner core out. If it's the first time, do not cut the inclined section, straight section and vertical cylinder, because the inclined section will be easier to grasp the depth of the bottom.
Step3:Use force. Use force to dry the water of the mushroom. (the squeezed water will be added to the meat filling later.
Step4:Then add the mushroom, the fried dough sticks, the chopped scallion and ginger, the delicious oyster sauce, cooking wine and sesame oil to the meat filling. I just salted the mushrooms. Now I haven't.
Step5:Stir vigorously in one direction. Add the water extruded by mushroom in the middle. If you think the filling is too dry, add water again. If you have children's shoes, you need to add them in anyway. You don't need to marinate them for a long time and then squeeze water. In fact, it's not. If there is no step of salting and squeezing water. The water is kept in the mushroom. After the step of stirring the meat filling, the water will come out a little bit. The meat filling will feel like it's just stirred well and it's a little weak for a while. First, squeeze out the water and put it in when you beat it. It's the meat filling that absorbs the water. So the meat filling won't dry.
Step6:It's very easy to brew. The boat will fill him up. It's good to pick some meat stuffing in the barrel and poke it with chopsticks.
Step7:Swing the dis
Step8:Steam for 1015 minutes. Today's baby dishes are steamed with beautiful.
Step9:Just like me, you can pour a glass sauce. Or you can leave it alone. Embellished with medlar
