Ask a Taiwanese friend why you like four gods soup so much. He replied, because I grew up drinking it. Er. OK. It's the same as my love from childhood. There's no reason to eat comfortable. Later, I had a chance to have lunch with a Taiwanese chef. I thought about the four gods soup again. I asked. The chef said that Sishen soup is a recipe for invigorating the spleen. Although job's tears, lotus seeds, Gorgon fruit and poria are common ingredients, it seems simple. But when combined, they will have therapeutic effects of invigorating the spleen, clearing fire, diuresis and beautifying the face. Back home in Beijing, I have prepared the four gods. Step1:Prepare all the main and auxiliary materials.
Step2:Soak job's tears, lotus seeds and Euryale seeds for half an hour after washing.
Step3:Wash the pig spine and put it into a casserole. Cool underwater pot.
Step4:I love the bone marrow in the pig's spine, so there is no scalding water. After boiling, I use a fine mesh to remove the blood foam.
Step5:Put the white pepper in the bowl. Press it with a rolling pin. Let them break. But some can't be crushed too much.

Step7:Put ginger slice, angelica, soaked job's tears, lotus seed, Euryale fruit and tuckahoe slice into the spareribs soup after boiling.
Step8:Put on the lid. Simmer for 1 hour.
Step9:Take out the white pepper soup bag in an hour. Add salt and rice wine (no or no) to drink the soup
