Step1:Soak duck eggs in water for a while. It's convenient to wash away the soil, duck dung and other dirt left on them. After washing, expose to the sun for 1-1.5 hours.
Step2:Boil the water in an oil-free pot. Put in the pepper, star anise and fragrant leaves at the same time. Just boil them and let them cool.
Step3:Wash the duck eggs and dry them. There must be no raw water on duck eggs.
Step4:Soak the dried duck eggs in white wine for 30 minutes. It can kill bacteria.
Step5:The sealed can should be washed clean and dried. There should be no water left.
Step6:Put the duck egg in the pot. Then pour the boiled water into the pot together with the pepper, star anise and fragrant leaves in the pot. Be sure to submerge the duck egg (or not put the pepper, star anise and fragrant leaves). Pour in about 100 grams of white wine. The amount of salt can be added according to your own preferences. But it is recommended to put more salt. Seal it well and record the date. It can be boiled in about 30 days.
Step7:It's ready to move. This is the finished product I pickled for 35 days. When cooking, remember to cook slowly with a small fire. About 8 to 10 minutes. Thank you.
