In my studio, there are many days to work overtime. When we don't have time to cook, we often don't have a good answer to the eternal problem of what to eat today. This is usually the case. It's not wrong to order some stewed chicken rice directly according to the head. A simple and rough meal is satisfied. If you add a small glass of wine, it becomes a feast in an instant. There are two braised chicken rice near the studio. The name of the shop is braised chicken rice. But the taste is different. Some are spicy, some are sweet. Potatoes, green peppers and mushrooms are not absolutely standard. It's like the most common home cooking. Each family has its own unique flavor. So today I make a stewed chicken and rice that belongs to the solar eclipse. Stew a bowl of rice. Pour a glass of wine. There is a window hidden in the days and tastes that I am used to.
Step1:Soak the dried mushroom in hot water. Keep the mushroom water at the same time.
Step2:Add cooking wine and raw soy sauce to the chicken leg. Marinate for 20 minutes.
Step3:Stir fry ginger slices and red peppers in the pan. Add in the marinated chicken leg and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
Step4:Pour into the casserole. Add the mushroom water, mushroom slices, soy sauce, rock sugar, salt, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step5:Add potatoes, onions, green peppers, Flammulina mushroom, Venetian blinds, dried red peppers and garlic cloves again. Simmer for five minutes.
Step6:Open the lid. Sprinkle the onion powder. Finish.
