Step1:Mix flour, salt, quick drying yeast and sugar evenly. Add water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover with damp cloth and relax for 20 minutes.
Step2:Mix sesame paste, sesame oil, salt and pepper powder to make sesame paste filling. After mixing, it has good fluidity. If it is too dry, add sesame oil
Step3:When the dough is relaxed, spread a thin layer of anti sticking powder on the chopping board. Roll the dough into large slices. Pour the paste on the dough. Scrape it with a scraper to make the paste evenly spread on the dough.

Step5:Put the dough upright on the operating table. Flatten it by hand
Step6:Rinse the top soy sauce on the surface. Press the side brushed with soy sauce in the white sesame to make the surface covered with white sesame.
Step7:Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Middle layer. Bake for about 15 to 18 minutes.
