Step1:After washing garlic leaves and controlling water, cut into 3cm long sections; soak pig liver in cold water for 2 hours to remove blood water, then cut into slices, add a little salt, cooking wine and starch, marinate for 10 minutes.
Step2:Heat the oil in a cold pan. Stir fry the pork liver. Add oyster sauce after the color changes. Continue to stir fry.
Step3:Put in the garlic leaves. Stir fry over high heat. Add some salt. Dish for about one minute.
