As we all know, pig liver replenishes blood. I'll take this to replenish blood. But I can't eat it often. It's good to eat it once a month.
Step1:Fresh pig liver tip. Soak in white vinegar for half an hour. Rinse with water until there is no blood.

Step4:Cooked pig liver. Break it open and have a look. There is no blood in the middle.
Step5:This is a good pig liver. In a small bowl, mix in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and sesame oil. If you like spicy food, you can add in spicy oil or chili sauce. (I'm a kid here. I've separated the peppers.
Cooking tips:The pork liver is not easy to cook. It's tender but not cooked. It's not good when it's old. It's best for old people and children to eat warm and hot food. It's cooler and more flexible. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
