Step1:Cut the fish into pieces. Marinate with salt and five spices for 20 minutes.
Step2:Pour some oil into the hot pot. When the oil is 5% hot, put in the marinated fish pieces. Fry the two sides of the fish pieces slightly (the fish meat is fragile and should not be turned too much). Fry them into golden yellow and then dish them out.
