This is my favorite snack in Qinhuangdao. Unfortunately, it's not sold in Beijing. I used to bluff the old Beijing enema when I was greedy. But the enema is hard. The stew is soft. Every time I go back to the island, I will buy a fried stew first. Over time, it has become a complex for me. Later, I searched for stewed seeds on the Internet and found that there are many people selling this kind of stewed seeds in Dalian. But I haven't eaten it in Dalian. So what I do is closer to Qinhuangdao.
Step1:Sweet potato starch 100g. The best is this kind of lumpy sweet potato powder. I have done it with mung bean starch and corn starch. Only the sweet potato starch has the best taste.
Step2:Add 500g cold water and 1 teaspoon salt. Stir to make it mixed evenly.
Step3:Turn on the small and medium heat. Stir while heating until the transparent floc appears. Stir again.
Step4:Until it's all ripe. It's gray and sticky.
Step5:Pour it into a small basin and smooth it. Cool it. Put it in the refrigerator and cool it completely. Stewed seeds are ready.
Step6:Refrigerated stewed cubes. Put some cooking oil in the frying pan. Then you can fry the stewed cubes.
Step7:When the stewed seeds are cooked on all sides, the pot will be ready.
Step8:Put it into the plate. Pour in the juice mixed with marmalade. Marmalade is the juice mixed with marmalade, garlic powder, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper powder. One fried stew will do.
Step9:The stall is to take a small paper bowl, put the stewed seeds in it, pour the juice on it, and then give some long bamboo sticks to tie with. I don't have a bamboo sign. I can only use a fork.
Cooking tips:Sweet potato starch is very nutritious, and rich in lysine which is not found in rice and flour. This snack can be used for children's snacks. The sesame paste in the sauce also has a good calcium supplement effect. You can try what you like. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
