Step1:Hot oil pot. Stir fry onion, ginger and garlic fish. Slide one by one down the side of the pot and fry on both sides. Sprinkle with cooking wine and pickled vegetables and cut them into pieces. Put them on the fish evenly. Don't stir fry them. Put in cold water. Bring to a boil before the pickled vegetables. Cook for another 5 minutes. OK.
