Step1:Take the right amount of flour, mix in the right amount of improver and mix well.
Step2:Make a hole in the middle of the flour. Put in some yeast powder. Pour in a little warm water and mix well. (note - it must be warm water; the total amount of water is half of the total amount of flour. Use a small amount of yeast first. The rest of warm water is used to mix flour
Step3:Slowly add the remaining warm water. Mix the dough. Knead it into a smooth dough. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Then the dough becomes more soft. Knead for another 5 minutes.
Step4:Wake up dough 1 hour to twice the size. Note - I usually put the dough in the steamer first. Use the steam to help wake up. Heat the cold water until the wall of the pot is hot, and then remove the dough from the stove. Put it in the place with high temperature and continue to wake up.)
Step5:Roll the wake up dough into a thin skin.
Step6:Cut the dough into sections.
Step7:Roll each section into a round cake.
Step8:Put a small amount of oil into the pot and heat it. Turn on the small fire and put in the biscuit.
Step9:Fry until golden on both sides.
Step10:Turn off the fire and serve.
