In summer, the favorite of relatives is Guiling cream. Serve after freezing. Taste better.
Step1:First, prepare the materials. A box of Jiangmen black bean jelly; a bowl. To get water; here I have prepared two pots. The big one is used to cook black bean jelly. The other one is used to stir black bean jelly.
Step2:1. Pour both pots into tap water. Pour 4 bowls of water into the large pot (just like the small bowl in the picture). Pour 2 bowls of water into the small pot. Jiangmen black bean curd is taken out for use.
Step3:2. Put the big pot on the gas stove and boil it.
Step4:3. After the bean curd is poured in, it is nucleated. Stir it evenly.

Step6:5. Pour the evenly stirred bean curd into the boiling pot. Then take the spoon and stir it slowly.
Step7:6. Turn off the fire after boiling (and foaming on the Internet).
Step8:7. Then put it aside to cool. You can eat it when it's cool. Put it in the refrigerator. Eat it in an hour or two. It tastes better.
Step9:8. The last ingredient for Guiling cream is sugar water. Prepare a proper amount of rock sugar and brown sugar. Wait for them to dissolve, and then turn them into sugar water for standby. When you eat cold noodles, you can pour in some sugar water to eat together.
Step10:Warm tip - in step 5, you can also add some white sugar. It will not be bitter. The taste is better than no white sugar.
