Millet porridge is often eaten by babies. Sometimes I add pumpkin. Sometimes it's lean meat and green vegetables. Nutrition is simple.
Step1:Soak rape in salt water for 5 minutes. Wash and chop.
Step2:Chop the chicken into mince
Step3:Put some water in the pot. Add a handful of washed millet. Boil it for a few minutes and it will bloom.
Step4:Then pour in the chicken. Stir. Boil the chicken. Two minutes.
Step5:Pour in the chopped vegetables and stir them evenly. Green vegetables don't need to be cooked too long. It's less than 1 minute. If you like salty taste, you can add some salt.
Step6:Don't make rice porridge too thick. It's better to have some soup.
Step7:A bowl. The baby has eaten it.
