For the sake of my family's health, my family has porridge or porridge almost every night. It's hard to avoid boredom when I eat too long. So I came up with many tricks. This is just one of them.
Step1:Clean and cut off the black part of dried clam meat. For good taste.
Step2:Mushroom. Crab leg mushroom, diced.
Step3:Add water to the casserole. Add the diced mushroom, diced crab leg mushroom, clam meat, scallop and cook. Bring water to a boil and add to the rice lid for 5 minutes. Turn off the lid for more than 1 hour.
Step4:When you want to eat it, open the fire to boil it. Open the lid and simmer it over medium low heat to make it thick. Add in the green vegetables. Stir for a minute or two and add salt.
Cooking tips:I've added millet to make delicious dishes.
