When I was studying in Japan, the authentic miso soup from the restaurant was in my kitchen. ha-ha.
Step1:Prepare the ingredients. Slice the lean meat. Slice the scallion.
Step2:Bring the water to a boil. Add a spoonful of miso to it. Turn it on with chopsticks.
Step3:When it's cooked again, cut the tofu into the soup as you like.
Step4:First add the white part of the onion.
Step5:Bring to a boil. Add in the meat.
Step6:Boil it again. Put in the green part of the onion.
Step7:Add a spoonful of minced fish to taste.
Step8:A good flavored soup is ready.
Cooking tips:Lean meat can be frozen in advance for easier slicing. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
