Step1:Photos of main ingredients. Dice tofu. Dice beef.
Step2:Boil in water with a little salt. Put in tofu and cook for ten minutes.
Step3:In another oil pan, put bean paste and ginger powder in the cool oil. Stir in the red oil with a small heat. Put in the beef granules and stir to make the flavor (choking).
Step4:Add soup or boiling water. Add tofu. Simmer for ten minutes. Add in soy sauce, pepper powder and garlic. Turn off the heat. Finally, add chicken essence.

Cooking tips:Lactone tofu is the best choice because it's tender (this recipe doesn't use lactone tofu). There are skills in making delicious dishes.
