I went to Spain on my honeymoon. I had all kinds of seafood rice and seafood rice hotpot. I've been thinking about the delicious seafood taste and the taste of rice with a little hard and sticky teeth. I'm drooling. Someone just sent some abalone. Let's start.
Step1:First of all, deal with Seafood - open the back of shrimp to remove the fish line. Don't be lazy. Only clean can you have a good taste.
Step2:Remove the skin of the squid and cut it into strips (circles). Be sure to remove the skin. Otherwise, there will be sticky gum in a pot of rice. Wash abalone and clam.
Step3:Dice tomatoes, bell peppers, abalone and onions; mince garlic.
Step4:Pour two tablespoons of olive oil into China. Heat to seven or eight minutes.
Step5:Add in the garlic and stir fry. Add in the onion and stir fry for one minute.
Step6:Add in the bell pepper and stir fry for one minute.
Step7:Add in the diced tomatoes. Stir fry until juicy.
Step8:Add the cleaned and dried rice. Pour in the sea pepper noodles and 10 saffron. Continue to stir fry. Add in the wine and continue to stir fry. Avoid frying.
Step9:When the alcohol is almost evaporated, pour it into chicken soup. Sprinkle salt and black pepper. Start cooking rice. Remember - don't turn the rice over at this time. Shake the pot slightly. Let the rice heat evenly.
Step10:When the juice is almost dried, add seafood and green beans. It's nice to put it around.
Step11:If the clam opens one after another and the shrimp changes color, you can turn off the fire. (you can turn off the fire for a while and the rice will be more fragrant and glutinous
Step12:Finally, pour a few drops of lemon juice on the table. Put a few slices of lemon. It looks delicious.
Cooking tips:Apart from rice, oil and wine, the prepared materials can be added and combined according to your own preference. In fact, meat and seafood are more suitable. Use a small fire in the whole process. Avoid the paste pot. After all, the gas in China is much bigger than that in foreign countries. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
