All kinds of stewing pots in the Northeast are addictive. I tried to stew the old goose with potatoes for the first time at home. It's not bad.

Step2:Put a small amount of oil in the pot (not much, because the old goose itself is oily). Stir fry small pieces of ice sugar with low heat until golden color appears. Pour in the goose meat. Stir continuously. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, etc.

Step4:Pour in half a bottle of beer. Add water until all the meat pieces are gone. Bring to a boil and turn to medium low heat to stew for 40 minutes
Step5:After 40 minutes, add chopped potatoes and pickled beancurd. Simmer for another 20 minutes on a low heat. Sprinkle in chopped green onion and serve.
Step6:On the table. Potatoes and beancurd are more popular than goose.
Cooking tips:I used half of the goose. The other half was for stewing the goose soup. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
