Step1:Wash cabbage and cut into irregular shapes. Heat the pot. Pour the oil.
Step2:Mix the vinegar, salt, sugar, starch, garlic and soy sauce into a small bowl. Set aside.
Step3:When the cabbage in the pot becomes soft, pour in the mixed sauce and stir fry.
Step4:After taste, turn off the fire and pour into the plate. A delicious cabbage with vinegar will be fine. Because my baby likes to eat rice with this sauce, so I don't put too much starch in it to avoid dry juice.
