There's a small bowl of pickled mushroom and meat sauce in the fridge. When I come home late after work, I can easily make a delicious dish. It's used to steam tofu, eggplant, winter melon and beans.
Step1:Add some salt, rice wine, pepper, starch and oyster sauce to the minced meat and marinate for about 10 minute
Step2:Chop the garlic, mustard, mushroom, pepper and scallion separately for us
Step3:The bought tofu is soaked in salted water. Take out the controlled dry water, slice and code it on the plate for later use
Step4:Heat up the pot. Add some oil. Stir the garlic first, then the mushrooms until the water is dry. Then the mustard and the chili are stir fried for a while. Finally, the minced meat is stir fried until the color changes. Add a little sweet sauce, oyster sauce and soy sauce. Stir the sauce smell and then cook 2 tbsp of boiling water. Stir for a few times after boiling, then turn off the fire (chicken essence can be added as you like
Step5:Spread the fried meat sauce on the tofu. Put it in the steamer and cover it. Steam for 8 minutes (if you forget to soak the tofu in salt water, sprinkle a little salt before steaming to increase the bottom taste of the tofu
Step6:Sprinkle a little onion to decorate the pot
Step7:This meat sauce can be fried more at a time and put in the refrigerator. It's also very good to mix noodles with bibimbap
Cooking tips:(1) the tofu is soaked in salted water in advance to make it more tasty and not easy to cut. The tofu can also be forced out of some water. (2) the sweet noodle sauce can also be changed into bean paste. The taste of dried mushroom is better than that of fresh mushroom. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
