Soft Europe is more and more popular with its low sugar, base oil and soft texture.
Step1:All raw materials except sesame are kneaded in the toaster to the expansion stage and fermented to twice the size at room temperature. Exhaust, divide into 8 equal parts, round and relax for 15 minutes.
Step2:After relaxation, roll thin into a rectangle.
Step3:Turn over and roll the side down. Thin the short side.
Step4:Roll up from the other short side. Don't wrap the air tightly.
Step5:Face down. Roll back and forth on the wet drawer cloth.
Step6:Roll in the sesame again, and stick the sesame on the front.
Step7:On a baking tray lined with silicone paper.
Step8:After shaping, put it in a warm and moist place and ferment it to twice the size.
Step9:Fermentation complete.
Step10:Use a scalpel to cut a hole in the crust of the bread.
Step11:Bake in the preheated 200 ℃ oven for about 18 minutes until the surface is golden.
Cooking tips:1. If you don't have wheat bran, use ordinary whole wheat instead. 2. The draught of each kind of flour is different. There is a margin of 20g water at the beginning. Pause twice between the first 10 minutes of the bread machine and the flour. Knead the dough by hand to feel whether the water is appropriate. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
