Every time I buy popcorn at the movies, I always choose those with more caramel. I make popcorn by myself. I can eat it with my eyes closed. Because there is Caramel (⊙ o ⊙) in 360 degrees without dead angle.
Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Pour corn oil into the pot. Turn the heat down. Pour in corn kernels. Stir well. Coat corn kernels evenly with oil. Spread.
Step3:Close the lid. When you hear the crackling sound, the corn kernels begin to turn into popcorn. Shake the pot from time to time. Let the corn kernels heat evenly. When the sound disappears, the corn kernels all turn into popcorn. Turn off the fire.
Step4:To make caramel, put sugar and water in the pot. Turn to medium low heat and cook without stirring.
Step5:When the syrup turns brown, stir in the butter.
Step6:Turn off the fire when the butter melts.
Step7:Pour in the popcorn. Stir quickly. Make each popcorn stick to caramel.
Step8:Mix well and pour on the baking sheet to cool.
Step9:The popcorn is crisper after cooling. Be sure to keep it sealed or it will become soft.
