Step1:Douchi in water. Add clams to brine for about 1 hour, then spit out the mud. Blanch for standby. Cut the onion, ginger and chilli.
Step2:Add a little oil in the pot. Heat the oil, and then add the tempeh, onion, ginger and pepper to the pot. Add in clam and stir fry. Add in soy sauce and stir fry well.
Cooking tips:No salt or MSG. It's fresh. Blanching time should not be too long. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
