Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Dissolve the salt in water.

2. 

   Step2:Slowly pour the salt water into the flour. Use chopsticks to stir it into dough.

3. 

   Step3:Knead the dough into a smooth dough.

4. 

   Step4:Cover with damp cloth for 30 minutes.

5. 

   Step5:Sprinkle a proper amount of flour on the chopping board. Knead the dough repeatedly and roll it into a piece.

   Step6:Sprinkle starch on both sides of the dough and then fold it back (sprinkle starch to prevent sticking. You can sprinkle flour without starch, but it is not as good as starch when sticking).

   Step7:Use a knife to cut the dough into even strips.

   Step8:Sprinkle a proper amount of starch on the cut noodles and shake them up.

9. 

   Step9:Wash the tomatoes. Gently cross at the bottom with a knife. Put them in a boiling water pot. Scald for about 1 minute, then remove. Rinse in cold water and tear off the skin.

    Step10:Cut the peeled tomatoes into small pieces.

11. 

    Step11:Break up the eggs into egg liquid. Add cooking wine and a little water and mix well. Cut the onion into sections.

12. 

    Step12:Put the oil in the hot pot. Put in the egg liquid. After the bottom solidifies, stir fry it to form a block. Put it out for use.

13. 

    Step13:Pour a little oil into the pot. Add the scallion and stir up the fragrance.

14. 

    Step14:Stir fry the tomatoes for one minute, then add some water and cook.

15. 

    Step15:Put in the eggs. Stir well.

16. 

    Step16:Add salt and scallion. Stir well.

17. 

    Step17:Put the noodles in the boiling water pot. Boil them again, then take them out and put them on the plate. Pour on the tomatoes and scramble the eggs.
