This recipe is a California walnut trial. No one has ever heard of baking. No browns. Simple and quick hands are delicious. Though they yearn for Kwai, many times they are frightened by their high calorie. I made this Brownie today. It's only a little over 1000 calories. But it's delicious. Its main material is tofu. Delicious raisins and walnuts are very good for their taste. Think about it. Otherwise, baked tofu is just tofu... The whole procedure is mixing. Don't see I have several pictures. Step1:Muddle tofu with sugar in an egg beater. If chocolate is sweet, sugar can be reduced a little.
Step2:Add the eggs and stir well.
Step3:Chocolate melts in water.
Step4:Pour in the mixture of tofu and egg and mix well.
Step5:Sift in the low gluten powder and cocoa powder and mix well.
Step6:Soak raisins in boiling water. Drain and add. Roasted walnut chips are added. It doesn't need to be very broken. Mix roughly.
Step7:Pour the batter into the mold. I used a 21cm long mold of UNO. This quantity is only half the height of the mould. Large pieces of raw walnuts are evenly pressed into the batter for decoration.
Step8:Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Bake the mold for 35 to 40 minutes. The surface will be dry and elastic.
Step9:Cut it when it's cool. It tastes better after cold storage.
