This puff is the batter squeezed on the surface of the bread when I make caterpillar bread. There are so many. So I used it to make puffs.
Step1:1. Pour butter and water into a small pot. 2. Boil the butter and water. Pour in the sifted flour. 3. Stir with low heat until the bottom of the small pot is conglutinated. Cool to 60 degrees. Add in the egg mixture three times. Stir until it is inverted triangle. 4. Put the puff sauce into the decoration bag. Cut a small hole in the decoration bag. Squeeze about 25g onto the baking plate (it's about the same size as the picture). 5. Preheat the oven at 190 ℃ for ten minutes. 6. Put the baking tray in the middle layer of the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Turn to 160 degrees and bake for about 5 minutes until dry. 7. Squeeze the baked puffs into the cream or red bean filling.
Cooking tips:Because I didn't have enough time to bake, the color wasn't deep enough. You can adjust the temperature or time according to your own oven (because I was busy doing it, I just took a picture. I hope you have skills to forgive the delicious cooking.
