When I was a child, I saw grandma do it once. I helped to do it. This time the taste is very good. Write it down and do it next time. This time, it's much better than the local glutinous rice sausage in Taiwan.
Step1:Soak the glutinous rice and peanuts in water one night in advance.
Step2:Repeatedly wash the large intestine with salt, raw meal and cooking oil, and remove some excess fat and lymph. Wash the water repeatedly for standby.
Step3:Drain the glutinous rice and peanuts. Add shrimp, salt and five spices. Mix all these materials up for use.
Step4:Tie the narrower end of the large intestine with cotton rope, and then put the material of the previous step into the larger end. Shake the large intestine while placing the material. Put the material in the innermost part. Be careful not to distend your intestines too much. You can add salted egg yolk according to your preference. It's better to put another salted egg yolk in every section of glutinous rice. After packing the intestines, tie the cotton rope.
Step5:Use a needle to prick a few mouths on the finished large intestine. It's not easy to burst when cooking the large intestine. Boil the water in the pot and put it into the large intestine. Then turn to medium heat and cook for 1 hour.
Step6:Take out the large intestine carefully. Let it cool before cutting. It's delicious.
Cooking tips:Don't inflate the large intestine too much. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
