I want to lose weight recently. But sometimes I'm hungry. Snacks are high in calories, high in fat and beans and fruits. So I have to use an oven. So I have to innovate myself
Step1:Put oats in a safety bag. Use a rolling pin. Mash. Crush (not too much, but the better the taste is) or use a cooking machin
Step2:Pour in four and a half teaspoons of milk. The size of the spoon is as shown in the figure. (it can't be too wet and the oats are soft and waxy
Step3:Milk. Be sure to smooth it.. . the thinner the better.
Step4:Microwave high for two minutes. Open it to see if it's hard and crisp. Then turn it over for a minute and a half
Step5:Break off the hard and crisp parts and put them into the fresh-keeping bag. If it's not crisp enough, continue to rotate it
Step6:Cool it on kitchen paper (other paper is OK
Step7:When you finish eating, you can dip it in tomato sauce. Or yogurt. It's delicious
Cooking tips:It's delicious. No sugar. But it's sweet to eat. If it's soft when eating, you can make delicious dishes with a microwave (within 30 seconds).
