Pea yellow is a traditional snack. The color is light yellow, the entrance is delicate, with the fragrance of peas. When I was a child, grandpa often bought it for me. There are two kinds of pea yellow: thick and thin. Boil the peas. Add the dates. Freeze. If it's thin, please peel the peas, wash them, stew them, sift them, add sugar and osmanthus, cool them and cut them into pieces. Now, it's much easier to make pea yellow than it used to be. Step7:7. Pour the pea puree into the non stick pot. Add in the ice sugar. Stir over medium and low heat until the pea puree falls off when the shovel picks it up. It will not fuse immediately around. It can keep its shape. Turn off the fire
Step8:8. Add diced dates. Mix slightly.
Step9:9. Pour into a safe or other container ~ refrigerate for more than 2 hours after coolin

Cooking tips:1. Peeled peas are sold. 2. My date is wet. If the dates are too dry, they can be boiled for about 10 minutes. Of course, I don't like it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
