Today 's Mid-Autumn Festival. There is an internship with a hammer in school. We can' t go back home. In school, the environment is not very good. There is nothing. The vegetables are all bought now. Usually we have to add streaky meat when eating at home. Today, the remote geographical location makes us not buy meat today. And we from all over the world have a Mid-Autumn Festival together. A bowl of braised noodles with beans is our missing for home A comfort of my own.
Step1:Shred the chili. Break the beans. Chop the shallots.
Step2:Heat the pot, drain the oil, and wait for the oil to heat. Put the onion and the pepper into the pot together. Stir until they give off the spicy flavor. Pour in the beans, stir fry them, cover them with oil, put in the salt, release the raw soy sauce and stir fry them evenly
Step3:Add water until it's even with the beans. Smooth the beans. Put fresh noodles on it. Light a small fire. Cover the pot cover. Simmer until there's a small surface left at the bottom of the pot. It's about time to turn off the fire.
Step4:Use chopsticks to disperse the noodles. Mix with the beans to make the noodles taste. A delicious vegetarian version of braised noodles with beans has been achieved
