Clam chicken seems to be a local dish in Shandong Province. It's found in many stores on our territory in Shandong Province. -
Step1:Cut the chicken leg meat. Wash the clam with turmeric sauce.
Step2:Cut scallion, sliced ginger and garlic, cut dry pepper into small segments, cut green pepper into piece
Step3:A small amount of oil in the pot. Add 4 pieces of ice sugar (the amount of ice sugar depends on the amount of chicken). Fry the brown sugar. Stir clockwise until it turns to brown.
Step4:Marinate the chicken with a proper amount of cooking wine for about 10 minutes to remove the fishiness.
Step5:Take out the marinated chicken in empty water, put it into the pot, and stir fry it evenly with brown sugar.
Step6:Then add in the scallion, ginger, garlic and chilli and stir fry well.
Step7:1 scoop is delicious. 1 scoop oyster sauce and 1 scoop cooking wine. Mix the juice with a proper amount of hot water. Pour it into the national pot. Add the pot cover and simmer until the soup in the pot is basically dried. Add the clams and green peppers and stir fry them in high heat. The clams will open their mouth. Sprinkle the coriander to make the pot.
