Step4:Heat the oil in the pot. Add 70% garlic and duck leg meat to stir fry. Stir fry the bean sprouts. Add a little salt (the duck is not salty. If your salty goods are very salty, it's recommended to add less or no) and a little sugar. A little cooking wine (rice vinegar without cooking wine is OK. If there is no rice vinegar, put some ginger rice in the pot before the salty goods are stir fried and stir fry until fragrant) and stir fry. Cover for about 3 minutes
