Step1:Wash millet and soak it for 24 hours. Change into water in the middle. It can be refrigerated in the refrigerator in hot weather.
Step2:The soaked millet should be ground by hand. Drain the water.

Step4:Put the dried millet into the mixing cup of the cooking machine and polish it. Add oil, condensed milk and egg yolk to polish it.

Step7:8-inch Qifeng cake mold, with oil paper under the bottom.
Step8:Add another tablespoon of sticky rice flour and glutinous rice flour to the millet batter. Mix well, then add the egg white foam and mix well.
Step9:Pour into the mold. Shake gently to remove bubbles.
Step10:The mold is covered with plastic wrap.
Step11:Steam in a steamer for about 30 minutes, or bake in a water bath in an oven for about 50 minutes. Steam and simmer for another 5 minutes, then take it out for demoulding.
Step12:Steamed rice cakes.
Step13:Cut it into pieces.
Cooking tips:Rice cakes can be steamed or baked in water bath. Don't take it out immediately after steaming. Stew in it for 5 minutes and then take it out. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
