Step7:Start the fire. When the oil temperature rises a little, pour down the fried meat and fry it again. This process is OK in more than ten seconds. This step of re frying can make the meat crisper. It can also force out more oil in the meat.
Step8:Clean the pot. Turn on the heat. Pour in the oil. Add 3 tablespoons tomato sauce. Stir fry tomato sauce into red oil.
Step9:When the red oil of tomato sauce comes out, pour down the sweet and sour juice just mixed and stir fry it.
Step10:Pour in the sirloin just fried.
Step11:Stir fry quickly. Let each tenderloin be wrapped in a thick tomato sauce.
Step12:Start the pot. Put it on a plate. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds at last.
Cooking tips:The fried batter is filled with egg white and starch, so that the meat is crispy. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
