Step1:Peel potatoes and carrots and cut them into pieces. Shred onions. Chop onions, ginger and garlic.
Step2:Cut 23 pieces of chicken wing root. Marinate with salt, cooking wine, chicken essence, five spices and black pepper for 10 minutes +.
Step3:Carrots. Put potatoes in boiling water and cook until half cooked. Drain and remove.
Step4:Heat the oil and stir fry the onion, ginger and garlic. Add the marinated chicken wings and stir fry until the meat is 5 minutes cooked. Add the onion and continue to stir fry.
Step5:Stir fry the meat until it's 78 minutes ripe, then add potatoes, carrots and curry and stir fry.
Step6:Add in warm water and simmer. Spread over the ingredients.
Step7:When the juice collection is about to be completed, add some coconut milk. Stir to tast

Cooking tips:If it's coconut powder, consider boiling it with warm water and pouring it directly into the soup. If you don't like the taste of coconut milk, you can omit the last step.
