Step1:Wash the shrimp. Open the back and remove the mud. Cut ginger and set aside. Put butter in the pot. When the butter is all melted, add chopped ginger and pre fried garlic puree. Add some salt and sugar, stir fry until fragrant, then turn off the heat. Spread the soaked vermicelli on the bottom of the plate. Then put the shrimp on the vermicelli. Put the fried garlic on the back of the shrimp and lay it flat.
Step2:Steam for 15 minutes.
Step3:After steaming, sprinkle some green onion before going abroad.
Step4:Eat well.
Step5:All the extra prawns can be packed in boxes in advance, frozen and preserved. If you want to eat them, you can take them out for defrosting and then steam them.
