Cooking tips:1. It doesn't matter if the batter is a little thin. It's good for the crispness of the omelet. 2. No black sesame can be replaced by white sesame. If there is no black sesame, please omit it. 3. At the beginning, put less batter to avoid spilling. Then adjust the size of the omelet. 4. Wear gloves to prevent scalding. Fry the omelette well. Roll it up quickly. It will become crispy after a little hesitation. 5. If you don't have a mold, you can make it in a pan. It's a little poor in appearance and taste.
