Step1:Prepare ingredients. Wash chicken legs. Cut into pieces. Slice green peppers and red peppers. Soak mushrooms in water, then cut into cross. Slice ginger. Pat garlic into pieces. Slice scallions.
Step2:Heat the oil in a hot pot. First pour the garlic and ginger slices into the saute. Then pour in the star anise, dried pepper and scallion. Then pour the chicken pieces into the saute. Pour in green pepper and red pepper. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and black pepper in turn. Continue to stir fry for three to five minutes. Pour in water. Cover the chicken with water. Add in ice sugar. Simmer for 15 minutes. Collect the juice over high heat.
