Broccoli is one of my favorite vegetables. Because broccoli has a high and comprehensive nutrition. It mainly includes protein, carbohydrate, fat, mineral, vitamin C and carotene. The mineral composition of broccoli is more comprehensive than other vegetables. It is rich in calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, zinc, manganese and so on. It is much higher than that of Brassica campestris which belongs to Cruciferae.
