Cooking tips:Stewed beef is suitable for beef tendon meat or beef brisket. Tendon meat is thinner. Beef brisket is fat and thin. When stewing beef, hot water is used. It is because the protein on the beef surface suddenly coagulates when it is heated. Amino acids are not easy to lose. The taste is more delicious. If you add water halfway, you need to add hot water. What I do is salty and delicious. It is suitable for children and the elderly. If you eat spicy, plus dry pepper, the taste is more spicy.
