Step1:Wash fresh strawberrie
Step2:Beat strawberries into juice with a blende
Step3:Prepare a 6-inch square embryo with side length of about 15cm, 8-inch mold, and put it in the refrigerator for refrigeratio
Step4:Cut the gilding slices into several pieces and put them into a bowl. Pour in some cold water to make them soft

Step9:Pour the whipped cream into the milk solution. Stir it up and down evenly.
Step10:Strawberry juice, stir wel
Step11:Take out the mould which was put into the refrigerator before. Pour the mousse liquid into the mould. Put it into the refrigerator for refrigeration for more than 4 hours.
Step12:Take out the mold, apply a hot towel around the mold, and then release the mold quickly
Step13:Decorate strawberries and cherries with white chocolate chips. Today's strawberry mousse is made
