Then add 30g white sugar. Continue to stir evenly. Let it cool a little. Pour into the newly heated mango puree. Stir well. Let cool.
Step3:Whipped cream is mixed with sugar in several times until the lines appear, but the whole cream is still in flowing state.
Step4:Mix the cream and the mango puree with a spatula.
Step5:Put the mixed mousse paste into the mousse cup. Then spread the mango seeds. Continue to put the mousse paste.
Step6:Don't fill it too full, because you need to make mirrors on it. Of course, if you don't like mirrors, you can omit haha. Refrigerate in refrigerator. Prepare decorative mirror layer.
Step7:Heat 50g water in microwave for one minute. Take it out and put in gilding powder and sugar. Stir well. Mix the remaining 50g water with 100g mango puree before heating. Then mix them in a bowl.
Step8:Pour it on Mango Mousse. Refrigerate it for more than 2 hours.
