Step4:Add yeast and baking powder to the flour, mix well and divide into four parts. Put the four color dough in different containers and cover with wet drawer cloth for fermentation.

Step6:Rub the four colors into thin strips. Sprinkle a little thin surface, press one on the other, and place it as well as shown in the figure. The two ends of the long strip are slightly thinner, which is more convenient for later operation.
Step7:Press 1, press 2.3, press 4, and so on as shown in the figure. Press single and double numbers clockwise to make one circle.
Step8:Press 7 to start as shown in the figure, and so on. Press the adjacent counter clockwise to make a circle.
Step9:Make another circle clockwise.
Step10:Press the end of the noodles against each other to form a woven dough.
Step11:Turn over the prepared dough and put it in the palm of your hand. Fold the tightly pressed noodle tail to the bottom of the steamed bread. In the process of folding, gently poke it to the center, so that the finished shape of the steamed bread will be fuller and straighter.
Step12:Turn the steamed bread over and put it on the chopping board. Shape it slightly to make it more round and full. The shaped steamed bread was fermented for about 20 minutes. Observe that the volume of steamed bread becomes larger and the dough surface becomes fluffy. Steam it on the pot. Steam it for 20 minutes and cook it.
