I like to eat scrambled tomatoes and eggs. One day my mother added broccoli in it and said it's better. I found it's delicious. I fell in love with it like this
Step1:Cut broccoli into small flowers and soak in salt water for about 10 minutes. Let go of the water and add oil. Blanch the water. Cut tomato into pieces. Break up egg
Step2:Add oil in the pot. Fry the eggs. Put them out for use
Step3:Add some oil to the tomato and stir fry it. Add some water properly
Step4:Stir fry the broccoli. Blanch the broccoli for a little longer. Don't cover it. It will be easy to cook
Step5:Pour in the scrambled eggs and stir fry them. Add salt and get out of the pot
Step6:It's red, green and yellow. It's delicious and nutritious
Cooking tips:Remember to soak broccoli in salt water. Add some oil when blanching. The color is greener. There are skills for making good dishes.
