Step1:Water bamboo peeled and cleane
Step2:Cut into hobs for later use. Dice shallot
Step3:Heat up the oil in the pot. Stir fry the water bamboo for 2 minutes until it turns yellow
Step4:Add oyster sauce, sugar and soy sauce to taste. Add some water. Simmer until dry
Step5:Just sprinkle some green onion in the pot.
