One of Chaoshan famous snacks, suitable for all ages.
Step1:Cut sweet potato and taro. Heat the oil in a hot pot. Fry the sweet potato and Taro in the pot. Fry them over medium heat.
Step2:Drain oil and start cookin
Step3:Turn on the fire. Pour in the water. Pour in the sugar (it's so sweet that you can add more sugar). Stir slowly to melt the sugar. If it is thick and the sugar powder is not complete, add some water. After the dissolution is complete, continue to stir until there is adhesion in the drop, and then put the sweet potato taro.
Step4:Continue to stir over low heat. Make the sugar water fully adhere to it.
Step5:Turn off the fire when the edge is white sand and the water is almost evaporated. Continue to stir slightly.

Cooking tips:Don't make the sugar water too thick. Stir fry the sweet potato and Taro in the pot to make it taste good. And it won't fail to separate the sweet potato and taro from sugar at last. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
