Step12:Beat an egg. Put some flour. Add some salt. Mix well. Thicken. Wrap the folded egg roll evenly.
Step13:Wrap the crumbs on it. Press slightly to avoid falling off when frying for a while.
Step14:Put oil in the pan. Put onion and garlic in the pan. If you have curry leaves, you can put some curry leaves.
Step15:Turn the omelet upside down and fry it in the pot. It's the place where you fold it. Then turn it over again. It's not easy to disperse.
