The last time I ate it was at my grandma's house during Spring Festival when I was a child. I thought it was magic food. Grandma stirred a melon out of crisp silk like magic. I haven't seen it again. I ran into each other a few days ago. So I bought two. I made them out of memory. It's just the taste of childhood. Baidu once. This kind of stir melon is nutritious. Also known as shark fin melon. It has the reputation of plant shark fin.

Step1:Stir one melon. Wash the outer skin and cut it. Remove the inner flesh. Boil the water in a steamer. Put it in the steamer and steam for five minutes.
