Last two days, I went fishing with my friends. I fished for sand eels in the dry bottom. I went home and stewed them right away. The method is very simple. You can do it all.
Step1:Wash the eel. Cut a knife on the eel for better taste.
Step2:Put it in the pot. Pour in the rice wine. Spread it over the eel. Add ginger, steamed fish drum oil and half spoon salt.
Step3:Stew for about 20 minutes. Look at the saltiness and readjust it to get out of the pot. The meat is very delicious.
