Kashmir is a special cuisine in India. Its taste is closer to that of Middle Eastern cuisine. This rice is mild. It's sweet and refreshing. It's delicious without any side dishes.

Step7:Add in the peas and mix well. Add in the raisins before turning off the heat. Cashews and pomegranates can be sprinkled on the surface before eating.
